The genuine watch is crafted from a special material known as Breitlight, developed by Breitling. However, I am uncertain whether the replica is made from the same material. GF claims that they use the same material as the original, but I have my doubts. If the replica were made from Breitlight, it would likely come at a much higher price, approaching that of the authentic model. Nonetheless, the case differs from other Breitling replica watches, as it is made from a composite of polycarbonate and carbon fiber. This results in a case that is significantly lighter than titanium while still being resistant to scratches and breakage.
The replica Breitling Avenger Hurricane comes with two dial options: black and yellow. Personally, I prefer the black dial. It offers excellent legibility, featuring a solid black background with white Arabic numeral markers that are coated with Swiss lume material, as are the hands. In low-light conditions, the entire dial emits a strong and long-lasting green glow, as does the bezel pearl at 12 o’clock. This dial provides the wearer with full chronograph functionality, with a small seconds hand operating on the subdial at 9 o’clock, while the other two small dials at 3 o’clock and 6 o’clock display the minute and hour chronograph functions, respectively.
The band is unique, featuring black nylon material on the exterior, while the side that touches your skin is made of yellow rubber. Many Swiss brands are now using this design for their bands, likely because it offers increased comfort when worn.
Conclusion: This is a high-quality replica watches of the Breitling that you might consider if you’re in the market for a Breitling. However, I am unsure why GF prices it so high; it could be due to the new case material or perhaps the reputation they’ve built over time, leading them to believe it’s the right moment to raise their prices. Some dealers have claimed that GF imported this case material from Switzerland, but since this is a newly patented material by Breitling, I find it hard to believe they could have obtained it.
